Arka Intelligence indexes the documents, drawings, spreadsheets, and mail your organization already holds, then answers questions about them in plain language — with a citation behind every claim, so you can check the answer against the page it came from.
Arka Intelligence is deployed privately for each organization, so there is no public sign-up — accounts are issued by your organization’s administrator. If you are evaluating the platform, write to us and we will walk you through it.
The approved finished-floor elevation is 14.5 ft NAVD88, revised up from 13.0 ft in the structural set.1 The change was accepted in the design review response of 14 March and carried into the issued-for-construction drawings.2
The platform
Built for engineering firms, public agencies, and recovery programs whose answers are buried in decades of drawings, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence — in whatever format they were filed in at the time.
PDFs, Office files, scans, photographs, and CAD drawings are parsed page by page — text, tables, and figures alike — then indexed for both exact-term and meaning-based search. Engineering identifiers such as S-201 or ASTM C150 survive tokenization instead of being shredded into noise.
Spreadsheets and database exports are profiled into queryable tables. Ask in plain English; the platform writes the SQL, runs it read-only against your data, and returns a table, a chart, or a dashboard you can keep.
Connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox and your correspondence joins the same searchable record. Mailbox ownership is enforced on every retrieval path, so a user only ever retrieves from accounts they own or have been granted.
Open and edit Office documents in the browser, turn a folder or a conversation into a formatted PDF, Word file, or deck, and group everything into projects — without exporting your corpus somewhere else.
How it works
No migration project and no re-filing. The platform reads what you already have, where you already keep it.
Upload a corpus, mount a file share your organization already runs, or connect a mailbox. Content lands in your organization’s own isolated deployment, not a shared pool.
Every file is identified by its contents rather than its path, routed to the parser that suits its type, and indexed into keyword, vector, and graph stores. Rename or move a file and nothing re-processes.
Ask in plain language. The answer is assembled only from sources you are permitted to see, and every claim carries a citation you can open and read for yourself.
Google user data
Connecting a Google account is optional and user-initiated. Nothing is read until you connect a mailbox yourself, and scopes beyond the default set are requested only when you turn on the feature that needs them.

Arka Intelligence’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide the features listed above. We do not transfer it to third parties except to the subprocessors named in our Privacy Policy, strictly as needed to provide those features, or where required by law. We do not use it for advertising of any kind. We do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security or to comply with law, or where it has been aggregated and anonymized. We do not use it to develop, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models — AI processing serves your own retrieval and drafting over your own mailbox.

Security and data handling
We publish our technical and organizational measures in Annex II of our Data Processing Addendum, along with every subprocessor we use. MSMM Engineering does not currently hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation, and we say so there rather than implying one here.
